Housekeeping Aide – Banquet Events, Full Time, Entry Level

Roles: You will support the housekeeping team in maintaining clean, well-organized banquet and event spaces. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include breaking down event areas by cleaning rooms and properly storing equipment, completing closing tasks such as securing merchandise and locking doors, organizing and restocking work areas, and transporting soiled linens to the laundry. You will maintain cleanliness throughout your shift, help separate linens, restock clean linens, and assist other departments as needed to ensure excellent service.

What we’re looking for: No prior experience is necessary. We provide full training on all procedures and safety standards. You should be comfortable with physical tasks including standing, walking, and moving for extended periods, lifting and carrying items under 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally assisting with heavier items. You’ll need to be able to reach, bend, climb stairs, and move across various floor surfaces safely. Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with a team are essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare banquet and event spaces at the end of functions
• Store and organize equipment appropriately
• Restock and maintain work areas and service stations
• Transport and sort linens, separate napkins from tablecloths
• Maintain hygiene and organization standards throughout your shift
• Support team members and other departments to meet service goals
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or maintenance issues
• Maintain a neat appearance and professional uniform
• Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly, respectful manner
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors

Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. No prior housekeeping experience needed. Physical ability to perform the duties listed above. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented approach to work. Willingness to follow instructions and learn company procedures.

Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Contract length: Permanent, full time.

Location: On-site position available in Aspen, Colorado.
