Job Summary: Housekeeper
Location: Local positions available.
We’re looking for a housekeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards across guest rooms and common areas. We have a 9:30 AM shift available, working 5 days a week, with flexibility available upon request. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
Cleaning Responsibilities
• Change and replace all bed linens and towels
• Sanitize and clean all restrooms
• Dust and wipe down all room surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and furniture
• Vacuum and mop all floors
• Restock room amenities
• Ensure all rooms meet cleanliness standards
• Maintain your personal workstation with proper supplies
Guest Service
• Assist guests whenever possible
• Help resolve guest concerns
• Answer questions about policies and services
• Follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction
• Represent the property positively
• Ensure guest safety and security procedures are followed
Other Duties
• Complete daily housekeeping reports
• Notify appropriate staff when rooms are ready
• Report any maintenance, security, or safety concerns
Skills/Background Needed: Ability to work efficiently and manage your time well. Strong customer service skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule. Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing 25–50 pounds regularly. Ability to work with cleaning chemicals. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing.
