We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent cleaning services and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a hygienic environment. Execute floor cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying appropriate floor care techniques. Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively while adhering to all sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness across all areas, including outdoor spaces when necessary. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting for moving furniture or supplies with proper technique to prevent injury. Communicate professionally with clients regarding their specific needs and preferences. Maintain organized cleaning schedules and manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality.
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role. You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with physical work. Basic customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are important. Comfort with manual work, including heavy lifting, and willingness to work both indoors and outdoors is essential.
