About This Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team and help maintain clean, welcoming residential spaces. No prior experience is necessary — we’ll provide full training to help you succeed in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll be responsible for keeping all areas of our residential homes clean and well-maintained. Your key responsibilities will include:
Performing cleaning duties in all guest areas and back-of-house spaces
Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests and staff
Following housekeeping departmental standards and procedures
Responding promptly to requests for items like towels, linens, and supplies
Maintaining inventory of cleaning and household supplies
Reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate team
Following all safety and sanitation policies
Assisting other departments when needed to support overall operations
Performing additional duties as assigned
