Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, ensuring all spaces are spotless and welcoming. Maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Change bed linens and restock guest supplies regularly. Perform deep-cleaning tasks as needed to keep the property in excellent condition. Organize and manage your housekeeping cart efficiently. Respond promptly when guests request assistance and deliver items with a friendly attitude. Follow all safety procedures to protect guests, staff, and property.
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Attention to detail is important. Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members. No prior housekeeping experience required—full training will be provided.
