About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Dust furniture, woodwork, and equipment; dust-mop and wet-mop floors in assigned areas
• Polish and clean fixtures, mirrors, windows, doors, and bathroom fixtures
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuums, buffers, and floor cleaners
• Clean high areas like vents, fan fixtures, and window tops using a ladder safely
• Gather, sort, and dispose of trash and waste materials properly
• Move furniture and heavy objects as needed
• Buff, strip, wax, and polish floors to maintain appearance
• Clean and prepare rooms thoroughly between occupancies
• Deliver clean linens to departments and maintain stock levels
• Keep detailed records of linen distribution and supply requests
• Keep work areas neat and assist with additional cleaning duties as assigned
• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Skills/Background Needed:
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain consistent cleaning standards
• Strong work ethic and reliability—showing up on time, every time
• Willingness to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
• Good time management and ability to complete tasks efficiently
• Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfort standing, walking, bending, and moving throughout your shift
• No experience required—we’ll train you on all equipment and procedures
Physical Demands:
This is an active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing throughout your shift. You’ll frequently lift objects over 50 pounds and perform repetitive hand and wrist motions. You may be exposed to cleaning chemicals, dust, and odors, and will work with materials requiring proper safety handling. We work in clean, well-lit facilities and provide all necessary safety equipment and training.
Role: Full-Time Housekeeping Aide
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Location: Local positions available
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
Contract Length: Permanent
