About the role
As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive guest experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position where you’ll work alongside a supportive team to keep rooms and common areas clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. You’ll spend most of your time on your feet, staying active and engaged throughout your shift.
What you’ll do
Clean and reset guest rooms to standard requirements; Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public spaces; Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels; Interact warmly and professionally with guests; Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed; Help maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies; Support team operations during busy periods; Report maintenance concerns or guest requests promptly; Assist with light kitchen or breakfast service tasks when needed.
