About the role:
We are looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as a Housekeeper providing homemaking services. In this role, you will help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. For many of those you serve, your visit may be one of the highlights of their week.
What you’ll do:
Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards.
Implement proper sanitation procedures for kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas to ensure health and safety.
Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning products safely.
Handle manual lifting and moving of furniture, appliances, or supplies with proper technique.
Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional service that fosters trust and satisfaction.
Skills/background needed:
You must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required (mileage is reimbursed).
No prior housekeeping experience is necessary. Full training will be provided.
We value reliability, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely with manual handling tasks.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.
You should be comfortable working in various residential environments and flexible with your schedule.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing position.
Location: Local positions available. You will travel to clients’ homes; mileage is reimbursed.
