We are looking for a reliable housekeeper to maintain all areas of our facilities to high cleanliness standards. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by keeping our workplace clean, organized, and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas to consistent cleanliness standards within agreed time limits
- Deliver friendly and helpful service to guests and team members
- Create and maintain daily task lists and records of completed work
- Keep all equipment in good working condition
- Report any shortages, damages, or safety concerns to your supervisor
- Respond helpfully to reasonable requests and escalate issues when needed
- Check and maintain stocking levels of cleaning supplies and consumables
- Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies
Skills/background needed:
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Friendly customer service approach

- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided
