About the role
We’re looking for a reliable Housekeeper to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, orderly facilities and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided – no prior housekeeping experience is necessary.
What you’ll be doing
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and making beds
- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness standards
- Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly
- Respond to guest requests and feedback with professionalism and patience
- Manage cleaning supplies and restock when needed
