We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team at a resort community. This is a great entry-level position where you’ll learn professional cleaning standards and be part of a supportive workplace environment.
What you’ll do:
As a housekeeper, you’ll keep our resort spaces clean, comfortable, and welcoming for guests. Your responsibilities will include:
• Clean resort offices, common areas, and guest accommodations using standard cleaning techniques like mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Remove and dispose of trash and waste appropriately
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request refills when needed
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to your supervisor
• Assist maintenance and other team members as needed
• Help with setup and cleanup for resort events and guest activities
• Respond to guest requests in a professional, friendly manner
• Occasionally drive to pick up supplies or complete errands
• Work closely with management to keep the team communicating and coordinated
• Deliver friendly, helpful customer service in all guest interactions
Skills and background needed:
• No prior experience required—we provide full training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Positive attitude and ability to solve problems calmly
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Permanent, full-time position.
