How you will make an impact
Clean resident homes in independent living areas and nursing home rooms. Maintain overall community cleanliness using specialized equipment. Clean public bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures. Clean common areas such as lobbies and living rooms through vacuuming, dusting, decluttering, and trash removal. Spot clean walls, windows, switches, baseboards, and light fixtures. Clean classrooms including desks, chairs, and boards. Assist with trash collection, bagging, and disposal, and replace trashcan liners. Maintain carpeted surfaces through extraction, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience is required. We provide full training on all equipment and procedures. Ideally, you have some background in residential or commercial cleaning. You should be comfortable operating cleaning equipment safely, working both independently and as part of a team, and interacting professionally and respectfully with residents, families, staff, and colleagues. A valid driver’s license is helpful for this role.
Contract length: Permanent, full-time position.
