This is a full-time, entry-level position keeping living spaces clean, safe, and comfortable for residents. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a hygienic environment and supporting the wellbeing of the people we serve. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
About the role:
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, floors, walls, windows, and furniture using appropriate cleaning solutions
Taking out garbage and restocking supplies
Operating standard cleaning and laundry equipment
Sorting, washing, drying, and folding residents’ laundry
Identifying and reporting areas needing repair
Following health and safety protocols, including universal precautions for handling biohazard waste
Working with patience and respect when cleaning residents’ personal spaces
What we’re looking for:
You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at a steady pace. Physical fitness is important—you’ll be standing, walking, and moving throughout your shift, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not necessary.
Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ability to stand and work on concrete floors for 8 hours daily, patience and communication skills when working with residents, willingness to learn cleaning methods and equipment operation.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
