We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. This is a rewarding position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through maintaining clean, welcoming rooms and common areas.
This is a part-time or full-time position with availability needed for day shifts and weekends.
About the role:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms and common areas to high standards. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure all spaces are ready for guests in a timely manner. No prior experience is required—we provide full training on all procedures, cleaning methods, and safety protocols.
Key responsibilities include:
• Clean guest rooms and common areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms
• Replace supplies and ensure rooms are fully stocked
• Clean windows, mirrors, and outdoor areas as needed
• Empty wastebaskets and clean disposal areas
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to directions provided
• Maintain a well-organized housekeeping cart with adequate supplies
• Report any damage or hazards to management immediately
• Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting and equipment use
• Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You should be comfortable with physical work, including bending and lifting. Attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction is essential.
