Roles: As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms according to established standards
• Stock and maintain cleaning carts with all necessary supplies
• Handle and deliver fresh linens to rooms
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Keep hallways and common areas clean and tidy throughout your shift
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to your supervisor
• Check that all room fixtures and amenities are in working order
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
What we’re looking for: We welcome candidates with little to no prior experience. You should be at least 18 years old, able to communicate clearly in English, and willing to learn. Physical stamina is important for this role—you’ll be on your feet for extended periods, moving between rooms, climbing stairs, and reaching to clean high and low areas. A positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent service to guests are essential.

Physical capability to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and reach above shoulder level. Comfortable working in all areas of a workplace environment.
