Overview
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone looking to start their career in hospitality.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to established standards
• Complete pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen preparation
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
• Keep hallways, public areas and storage closets clean, neat and vacuumed
• Restock cleaning carts for the next day’s use
• Replenish cleaning supply bottles
• Report any missing items or maintenance issues to your supervisor immediately
• Handle lost and found items according to standards
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction through quality work and friendly interactions
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required. We provide full training to get you up to speed. You should be able to:
• Lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds regularly
• Stand for the duration of your shift
• Communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members at all levels
• Work with attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent position
